Companies that publicly shared workforce data did so in their own format.  But unstandardized data can’t be measured as a whole, so we’ve created a blueprint for a DEI data standard.

THE ASK

  1. Compile your workforce diversity data annually (US & Canada employees) using the Agency DEI Data Worksheet.

  2. Publicly share your data on your website and/or owned channels.

At David&Goliath we’re committed to taking the meaningful action necessary to make our industry more diverse, equitable and inclusive for all, specifically for underrepresented talent. We have transparently shared our diversity data on a quarterly basis and while our gender and BIPOC representation is on par with the U.S., there is still much work to be done. We recognize that diversity is not enough; participation and contribution must be inclusive and equitable to create the lasting and positive change we seek.
