We’re past the pledges.  If real progress is what we’re after, transparency is needed to push our world forward.

Companies that publicly shared workforce data did so in their own format.  But unstandardized data can’t be measured as a whole, so we’ve created a blueprint for a DEI data standard.

THE ASK

1. Compile your workforce diversity data annually (US & Canada employees) using the Agency DEI Data Worksheet.

2. Publicly share your data on your website and/or owned channels.

At David&Goliath we’re committed to taking the meaningful action necessary to make our industry more diverse, equitable and inclusive for all, specifically for underrepresented talent.
